Pérez-Llorca: revenue grows 28% in 2025 to 211.3M

Pérez-Llorca increased its pro forma global revenue by 28% in 2025, closing the financial year with turnover of €211.3 million, a figure that consolidates the firm’s double-digit growth trajectory over the last five years. This pro forma revenue includes full-year 2025 results in Spain, Portugal and Mexico, as well as in Colombia, a new market for the firm.

The increase in turnover reflects both the strong performance of the Spanish market and the robust expansion of the international business, which continues to gain weight within the firm. The firm’s revenue in Spain increased to €155.8 million, approximately 17% higher than in 2024. Revenue from Portugal, Mexico and Colombiareached a pro forma total of €55.5 million, representing 26% of the firm’s global revenue.

“The growth achieved in 2025 has been the result of having a very clear roadmap in the four markets in which we operate: advising our clients on highly complex transactions, significant disputes and regulatory matters, with consistent standards of excellence and a clear focus on attracting and developing the best talent. Our ambition is, and will continue to be, to grow in all the jurisdictions in which we are present,” said Pedro Pérez-Llorca, managing partner of Pérez-Llorca.

International strategy

Pérez-Llorca launched project Scala in 2025, aimed at foster its internationalisation process, structuring selective expansion into International markets. As part of this drive, Pedro Pérez-Llorca has temporarily relocated to Mexico City for one year with the aim of strengthening a growing project on the ground and supporting the Americas team: Iván Delgado, International Executive Partner; Jorge Mondragón, Country Chair for Mexico; and Mauricio Piñeros, Country Chair for Colombia. Julio Lujambio, Executive Partner, implements the strategy and leads the Iberian market from Spain, while Constanza Vergara, Partner and COO of Pérez-Llorca, coordinates the firm’s operational management.

As part of this international consolidation, the firm has recently announced the forthcoming opening of an office in Abu Dhabi (here the news), which will make it the first Ibero-American firm with a physical presence in the city. This new office will be led by Gonçalo Capela Godinho, who is handing over leadership of the Portugal office to Carlos Vaz de Almeida, who will serve as Managing Partner, as well as to Inês Arruda and Adolfo Mesquita Nunes, who are acting as Country Co-Chairs.
