Auren promotes Óscar Gilaberte to partner in tech consulting
Auren has promoted Óscar Gilaberte as a new partner in its consulting division, within the technology area (Auren Tech). Based in the Valencia office, Gilaberte has built his career at Auren since 2020, where he most recently served as manager of the software development area. During this period, he led the growth and consolidation of the team, taking responsibility of numerous projects aimed at providing technology solutions tailored to the specific needs of each organisation.
One of the most notable milestones of his time at Auren has been the expansion of the software development team, which has grown by more than 240% in just five years, reflecting the increasing demand from clients for technology-driven solutions, states the firm.
About Óscar Gilaberte
Óscar Gilaberte holds an advanced vocational qualification in web application development, a master’s degree in video game design and development from IEBS Business School, and a master’s degree in digital project management. He has also completed Auren’s executive development programme. Before joining the firm, he worked at companies in the sector such as Inode64, Runroom and Mitica Technology.
In this new phase, Óscar will take on the challenge of working with the Auren Tech team to make this division one of the key drivers of the firm’s growth, fostering stronger alignment between technology and business and consolidating Auren’s technological capabilities as a competitive advantage for clients and partners. He will also focus on developing a modern, scalable and results-oriented IT management model, states Auren.
