KPMG, Gómez-Acebo & Pombo an Linklaters on the acquisition of EQA by Peninsula Capital
Linklaters has advised Peninsula Capital Advisors on the acquisition of a majority stake in EQA Spain, providing full legal support throughout the transaction.
Meanwhile, KPMG and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo have advised EQA Spain on the deal. The Deal Advisory and Legal teams at KPMG supported the company across the transaction, with Corporate Finance acting as M&A advisor and the Transaction Services, Legal, Tax, Labor, and ESG teams conducting a comprehensive vendor due diligence process.
