KPMG Abogados advises Grafton on Mercaluz acquisition
KPMG Abogados has advised Grafton Group on the acquisition of Mercaluz Group, a Spanish company specialised in the distribution of air-conditioning equipment, household appliances and renewable heating systems.
Mercaluz Group, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Alicante, reported unaudited revenues of €150.4m in 2025 and serves approximately 10,500 customers. The transaction forms part of Grafton’s activity in the Spanish market.
