Cuatrecasas hits record €447M revenue
Cuatrecasas closed 2025 with a record revenue of €447.1 million. Between 2020 and 2025, the firm recorded cumulative revenue growth of nearly 42%, equivalent to an additional €131.8 million.
Revenue in Spain reached €347.7 million, while international activity amounted to €99.4 million. With a 22.2% share of total revenue, this performance confirms Cuatrecasas as the Spanish-origin law firm with the strongest international projection by revenue. “These results consolidate the firm’s evolution toward a geographically balanced model, built on specialization, sector knowledge, and high-value legal advice, supported by a structure organized by practice groups and industries, with a focus on organic growth”, states the law firm.
With a 2.5% increase compared to 2024 (and 1.22% in Spain), the firm maintains solid performance across the Spain–Portugal axis, the foundation of its distinctive Iberian model combining local leadership with growing international presence.

Corporate Sustainability Report 2025
Cuatrecasas also published its 2025 Corporate Sustainability Report, detailing its ESG performance and contribution in non-financial areas. Highlights include €4.3 million invested in R&D and innovation and €2.8 million in training, aiming at enhancing professional talent through more flexible career plans aligned with emerging trends and expectations, states the law firm.
The firm ended the year with 1,985 professionals, 70% of whom are lawyers and 30% support staff. “In terms of equality and diversity, a new Equality Plan was implemented to eliminate gender-based discrimination and ensure equal opportunities”, they say. In social contribution, pro bono hours reached 5,887, a 47% increase from 2024, complemented by donations exceeding €500,000 to non-profit organizations.
In its transition toward sustainability, 78% of the energy consumed in 2025 came from renewable sources. Additionally, 84% of offices now have LEED or BREEAM certification, international benchmarks for sustainable construction. The firm also reduced its carbon footprint by 13.41% compared to 2024.
