Ortego&Cameno with B2group on AITRE acquisition
Ortego & Cameno has advised B2group, a company backed by Queka Real Partners, on the acquisition of AITIRE, a company specialised in the management and optimisation of cloud infrastructures.
The transaction reinforces B2group’s position as a technology services platform focused on telecommunications, cloud and cybersecurity solutions for SMEs, while advancing its strategy of building an integrated, end-to-end offering under a single, client-focused operating model.
Through this acquisition, AITIRE will be integrated into the group’s cloud and cybersecurity division, led by Datos 101. The operation is expected to strengthen the group’s technological infrastructure and enhance its capabilities in virtualisation, cloud-based artificial intelligence and process optimisation in high-availability environments.
