Ortego & Cameno advises Queka on acquisition of Laris Descanso

Ortego & Cameno Abogados has advised Queka Real Partners on the acquisition of Laris Descanso, a firm specialised in rest systems, under the Factory Colchon brand.

The team from Ortego & Cameno was led by partner, Luis Ortego Castañeda (pictured top left), associate Manuel Herrero (pictured top right), and Corporate lawyers Manuel Sánchez Huerta (pictured bottom right) and Luis Villafranca López (pictured bottom left).
The shareholders’ objective is to enhance the growth of the firm, increasing its presence in the Spanish market, where it has 37 shops between Madrid and Comunidad Valenciana, as well as through openings in international markets and the development of its online business. The company has 10 brands and a catalogue of more than 1,000 products.

EY Abogados has advised the sellers and the financial advice was provided by Livingstone Partners.
