Cuatrecasas to re-elect Rafael Fontana

According to press rumours confirmed to Iberian Lawyer by the law firm, Cuatrecasas has decided to re-elect Rafael Fontana as executive president.

The firm’s board of partners are rumoured to have decided that Fontana will once again assume the position of chief executive after the tragic death of Jorge Badía in mid-July. It is believed that this will be in the interim, until a new CEO is appointed in a few months time.

Rafael Fontana has been a senior partner at Cuatrecasas since 2014. He joined the firm’s Tax practice as a lawyer in 1983.
