Tokheim Koppens Ibérica buys Hemag: the advisors
Andersen has advised the shareholders of Hemag on the sale of the company to Tokheim Koppens Ibérica, a company that is part of the Tokheim Service Group (TSG).
Hemag, based in Madrid, is dedicated to the provision of engineering consultancy services and electromechanical assemblies, as well as the assembly, repair, maintenance and periodic control of thermal installations in buildings, installation, repair and maintenance of appliances, equipment, systems and their components used in fire protection and the sale, design, installation and maintenance of chargers for electric vehicles.
With the acquisition of HEMAG, TSG Ibérica strengthens its teams in the electrical field with experienced electrical experts to further accelerate its strategic transformation towards new mobility in Spain.
Andersen acted with a team led by Jaime Espejo, partner in the corporate and M&A practice, and Teresa García, senior associate in the same practice area.
