Two new associates at GA_P
Manuel Ramos Delgado and Ignacio Castellanos Herraiz join Gómez-Acebo & Pombo as associate and senior associate in the Public Law and Regulatory team.
Ramos Delgado has experience in advising companies in acquisitions and corporate restructurings, coordination on due diligence procedures, national and international litigations, public aid and tender procedures, as well as the implementation of regulatory changes originating in the European Union. Clients to which he has offered advice belong to a variety of sectors such as, energy, health, education, transports, environment, industry, among others. He holds a Degree in Law at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE (Madrid) and a Master´s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession (Specialization in Public Law) from the same institution. He also holds an LLM in Environmental Law from Elizabeth Haub Law School at Pace University, NY (USA).
Castellanos has wide experience in providing legal advice on regulatory matters, having participated in several sale and purchase and restructuring operations involving regulated sectors, especially related to energy and infrastructure assets. Moreover, he is specialized in providing legal advice on national and international public tenders, public aids procedures and administrative procedures in general, having provided legal assistance in contentious-administrative procedures in all instances. He holds a degree in Law and a diploma in business studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE (Madrid).
