Uría advises Corpedificacions on sale of stake in BCN
Uría Menéndez has advised Corpedificacions, S.L. on the sale of its total stake in BCN Housing Place, S.L.
Uría Menéndez has advised Corpedificacions, S.L. on the sale of its total stake in BCN Housing Place, S.L. (also known as BeCorp), a joint venture vehicle between Corpedificacions, S.L. (developer) and Scranton Enterprises B.V. (financing partner) to develop a Tier-1 build-to-rent portfolio in Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
The sale of BCN Housing Place, S.L. entails the indirect transfer of 1,500 dwellings in ten developments, six of which have already been completed and are on sale. The remaining four will be completed in 2022 by Corpedificacions, S.L. (as general contractor).
The transaction value represents an enterprise value of €601.8 million.
