Cases & Lacambra hires Jaume Perelló as a Tax partner
Cases & Lacambra has strengthened its Tax area with Jaume Perelló, who joins from Cuatrecasas, as a new partner in Barcelona
Cases & Lacambra strengthens its Tax practice group with the appointment of Jaume Perelló as a new partner, who will provide tax advisory services from the Barcelona office. This new incorporation strengthens one of the most strategic areas of the firm.
Jaume Perelló (pictured left) holds a degree in Law and Economics from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona. He completed his studies with a Master’s degree in Tax Consultancy and Management from ESADE Business Law School.
With more than 14 years of professional career, Jaume Perelló specialises in Corporate and High Net Worth individual Tax advice. He participated in numerous business restructuring operations and the generational handover of companies and family estates. He has extensive experience in the taxation of real estate transactions and in advising companies in the real estate and hotel sector.
The new partner of the firm has developed his career as a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, where he has acquired extensive experience advising multinationals and family businesses on corporate taxation, real estate taxation, tax planning and business restructuring, as well as tax inspections and contract negotiation. In addition, he has been recognised throughout his career by several legal directories for his Family Business practice.
With this new addition, the firm continues with its multidisciplinary growth strategy, strengthening the Tax group, a key area for the Firm and one of the pillars of the firm’s organic growth strategy. It also consolidates the firm’s position in the Spanish legal market, focused on excellence and the highest quality of advice to clients.
