Monereo Meyer bolsters Corporate and Real Estate areas

Monereo Meyer Abogados has signed lawyers Fernando González Romero for the Real Estate area and Rafael Salvador García and Anna Villaronga García for its Corporate area

Monereo Meyer Abogados, a law firm specialising in cross-border legal advice, with a special focus on companies from German-speaking countries, continues to strengthen its structure, now with the incorporation of three new lawyers. Fernando González Romero has joined the Real Estate Law department and will be based in the Madrid office, while Rafael Salvador García has joined the Corporate and M&A department in the Madrid office and Anna Villaronga García in the Barcelona office.

Fernando González Romero (pictured left) specialises in Urban and Land Planning Law and Real Estate and Construction Law. He is a Law graduate in Law from the Universidad CEU San Pablo Madrid and holds more than 7 years of experience in Urban Development Law, acquired in different national law firms. He joins from Arcania Legal Tax & Corporate.

Rafael Salvador García (pictured centre) specialises in Commercial and Insolvency Law, as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, having worked in national and international law firms for more than 6 years. He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera. He joins from RSM Spain.

Anna Villaronga García (pictured right), with more than 8 years of experience in international law firms and as an in-house lawyer, specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions. She holds a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. She joins from Figueras Group, where she was Legal counsel.
