PRA integrates the firm Clélia Brás Advogados

PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados and Clélia Brás Advogados integrated their structures to consolidate the Real Estate area, led by Clélia Brás, partner, who will be national head of Real Estate

Clélia Brás Advogados is a boutique firm consisting of five lawyers, that focused on the areas of Commercial, Civil, Family and Tax and Labor Law as well as Litigation.

Clélia Bras (pictured) holds a degree in Law and a Master’s in Legal and Business Sciences from the Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, as well as a Post-Graduate Degree in Tax and Labor Law from the University of Lisbon Law.

With almost 20 years of expertise in the Real Estate area, Clélia said that “After these years in individual practice, despite having my team, I felt that this passion, the demands of the profession, the proximity to the client, which I so much value in the practice of law, would only continue to make sense in a law firm like PRA, which will allow me and my team to be better professionals, as well as guarantee the necessary skills to attend the demands of my clients, hoping also to contribute to the solid growth of PRA”.
