Pinsent Masons advises Atrys Health on the €16.6m acquisition of the Portuguese group Lenitudes

Pinsent Masons has advised Atrys Health and has closed the purchase of the Portuguese group Lenitudes for €16.6 million

pjimage 1The Spanish group Atrys Health has acquired 95.01% of the Portuguese Lenitudes, after paying €16.4m to the MCH Continuation Fund and the rest to another minority shareholder. The transaction was carried out with the issuance of €2.2m Atrys Health shares issued at a price of €7.25. Lenitudes is a Portuguese group that operates in the health sector and offers a full range of medical services, such as radiodiagnosis services, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other clinical oncology services. 

The team advising on the deal was led by Pinsent Masons Madrid Corporate law partner Inmaculada Castelló Bernabeu (pictured), and senior associates Rafael Durán Frías and Isabel García Díaz-Mauriño.
