Ex-Garrigues lawyer joins Healthcare Activos Legal department

Healthcare Activos has strengthened its Legal department with the hiring of Glòria Jordà

The Spanish platform for Real Estate assets in the healthcare sector has added Glòria Jordà (pictured) to its team to lead the Commercial and Compliance department.

Prior to joining Healthcare Activos, Jordà was a lawyer at the Council of Statutory Guarantees of Catalonia and, before that, an associate lawyer in the Commercial Law department of Garrigues for five years.

Healthcare Activos’ new recruit has nine years of professional experience in Legal advice in the areas of Commercial Law and Public Law.

Jordà holds a degree in Law from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, specialising in Business and Contract Law. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, in collaboration with Harvard Law School, and an official Master’s degree in Advanced Studies in Administration and Public Law from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
