pbbr has advised the Manchete Group on their sale to the media multinational Carma
Legal advice on the transaction was provided by TMT partner Carina Branco and Corporate and M&A associate Marco Cardoso, both pictured.
The transaction reinforces, for the Iberian market, the position of the multinational Carma, which has more than 500 employees in 16 international offices scattered throughout the world and provides monitoring services (clipping) and analysis of information in all forms of local media, regional, national and international, whether press, broadcast (TV & radio), online, blogs or social networks (social media).
