CC lawyer admitted as solicitor in Senior Courts of England & Whales

Clifford Chance Madrid office lawyer Irene Mainar has been admitted as solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales

UK´s Solicitors Regulation Authority has admitted Clifford Chance Capital Markets lawyer Irene Mainar Borao (pictured) as a solicitor in the Senior Courts of England & Whales.

Irene Mainar holds a double degree in Law and in Political Science & Public Management from the Universidad de Valencia and holds an LLM in Banking, Corporate, Finance & Securities Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as a Business and Law certificate from The Wharton School. She also holds several international certificates on Dispute Resolution, Business Law and International Trade Law and Practice.

She has been working at Clifford Chance Capital Markets área since 2015, and was seconded to Banco Santander´s Treasury Legal department.

In addition to this, she was also admitted to the New York Bar in 2016.
