CC advises Grenergy on the financing of a portfolio of projects located in Chile
A Clifford Chance cross-border team, from Madrid and Washington DC offices, has advised Grenergy Renovables on the financing of a portfolio of projects located in Chile
The portfolio consists of several solar photovoltaic projects with a combined minimum capacity of approximately 120MW, once fully constructed and operational.
The financing consisted of, among other components, a credit agreement entered into with Natixis New York Branch for an approximate amount of USD$90,950,000 subject to laws of the State of New York.
The Clifford Chance core team consisted of Madrid office partner José Guardo (pictured middle centre) and Project lawyers Eduardo Sánchez (pictured middle right), Gabriel Miranda (pictured bottom centre) and Alejandro Cubillo (pictured bottom right), who were assisted by a Washington, DC-based team comprising partner Fabricio Longhin and Special Legal Consultant Alan Sakar Azuara.
From Grenergy side, the in-house team was led by Madrid office Grenergy Renovables head of legal Álvaro Ruiz (pictured left) and included contract manager Javier Ferrando (pictured top right), and Grenergy Chilean office in-house lawyer Pablo Abell (pictured top centre).
