GA_P steers Gant´s acquisition of its Spanish distributor

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Gant Holding AB on the purchase of its Spanish distributor Gant Lifestyle España (GLE) from Organización Gómez de Zamora

Gant Holding AB has acquired its distributor in Spain Gant Lifestyle España from Organización Gómez de Zamora, partners of this company in the country for more than three decades. The operation has involved the absorption of some 145 employees, six of the company’s shops, and some seventy outlets in El Corte Inglés.

From now on, the Spanish distributor will report directly to Gant Holding AB in order to ensure greater control of the brand, as well as to strengthen and invest in its long-term growth.
