RJ guides InmoCaixa´s purchase of Ombú Tower for €70m

Roca Junyent has advised the company owned by CriteriaCaixa on the acquisition of the office building in Madrid, which has a surface area of more than 13,000 square metres

The property was owned by the Riberas family since 2019 when it was bought from Reyal Urbis for €45 million and was part of the Acek family’s investment vehicle portfolio.

This operation was the second largest transaction in the Madrid office market so far this year after the acquisition by Zurich of the property located at 34 Velázquez Street for €110 million in September.
