Cuatrecasas advises Morate Pane on Cerealto Siro´s bread business acquisition

Cuatrecasas has advised Italian Morate Pane on acquiring and financing the bread business from Spanish Cerealto Siro Foods

Italian Morato Pane has acquired and financed the 100% of the share capital of Spanish global agri-food company Cerealto´s factory in Antequera (Málaga).

Morato Pane, the second biggest bread operator in the Italian market with over 50 years of experience, enters the Spanish market thanks to this acquisition of the sliced bread business of multinational food group Cerealto Siro Foods.

Cuatrecasas and the Italian law firm Chiomenti jointly advised on this transaction led by Cuatrecasas Corporate and Financial partner Federico Roig (pictured), together with senior associate Marta Benjumea (pictured).
