Cuatrecasas advises K Fund on €70 million fund launch

Cuatrecasas has advised Venture Capital firm K fund on the launch of its second fund to invest in startups in the seed stage for €70 million

Advised by Cuatrecasas, K Fund has launched its second fund (for a value of €70 million) to invest in startups in the seed stage. This second fund, larger than its first €20 million fund, will invest in startups such as the international startup Bloobirds, which develops software for sales prospecting.

K Fund has invested in 28 startups from different sectors and industries since setting up in 2016, including Coverfy, Billin and Factorial. The Venture Capital firm has private and institutional investors, including the European Investment Fund.
