Toda & Nel-lo advises FCC on the acquisition of an additional stake in Cedinsa

Toda & Nel-lo advised Spanish construction company FCC on the acquisition of an additional 17% stake in Cedinsa Concesionaria from Copcisa

FCC acquired a 17% stake, increasing its stake to 51%. Meanwhile, French infrastructure fund Mirova (a subsidiary of Natixis) acquired the remaining 5% stake, increasing its stake to 49%.
