Abreu Advogados advised in the acquisition of the Estoril-Praia Sporting Corporation (SAD) by the foreign investment group, MSP Sports Capital

Estoril Praia Futebol SAD, a Portuguese sports club from Estoril, Cascais, Portugal. Founded on 17 May 1939, the GD Estoril currently plays in LigaPro Portugal.

MSP Sports Capital is a sports fund with targeted investments (equity and debt) in sports related properties, global media rights, distribution technologies, content creation, sponsorship, esports, betting, and data.

The team from Abreu Advogados was led by partner, Fernando Veiga Gomes, with support from associate lawyer, Hugo Teixeira.
