Ana García Rodríguez appointed as Kutxabank general counsel

Kutxabank has appointed Ana García Rodríguez as general counsel and global corporate secretary.

García Rodríguez (pictured) was formerly a partner at Baker McKenzie, where she spent four years specialising in financial services, banking regulation and insurance.

Prior to that, she spent 11 years as a lawyer at Uría Menéndez, where she specialised in corporate and commercial law, derivatives, banking and finance, hedge funds, securities market law and M&A.
