Morais Leitão acts for Inapa Group on Papyrus deal

Morais Leitão advised Portuguese paper distribution company Inapa Group on the recently completed acquisition of German paper company Papyrus Deutschland.

The combination of the businesses will create a company with revenue of around €900 million, and approximately 1,000 employees.

The Morais Leitão team was led by partner Ricardo Andrade Amaro (pictured), and included managing associate Diana Ribeiro Duarte and associate Pedro Capitão Barbosa.
