Uría Menéndez acts for TPG on €247m Témpore Properties acquisition

Uría Menéndez acted for TPG Real Estate Partners on the purchase of 75 per cent of the shares of Spanish real estate investment trust (SOCIMI) Témpore Properties Socimi for €247 million.

 

Sareb will remain a shareholder of Témpore. Témpore Properties has a portfolio of more than 2,200 residential homes located in major Spanish cities.

The Uría Menéndez team included partners Diego Armero (pictured), Javier Ruiz-Camara, Victor Viana and Blanca Arlaban.

Sareb was advised by Evergreen Legal, whose team included partners Diego Pérez de Nanclares, Ignacio Freire and Alberto Campo, as well as senior lawyer Luis Vegas.
