EY appoints Elena Sánchez Llorente and Anil Bharwani as partners

 EY Abogados has appointed Elena Sánchez Llorente and Anil Bharwani as new partners in its international tax department.

Sánchez Llorente, who has been with EY for 13 years, specialises in providing tax advice to large multinationals. Her expertise includes international taxation restructuring and tax planning.

She also advises on the tax aspects of due diligence in M&A deals. 

Bharwani joins from KPMG where he specialised in international taxation and M&A.
