More than 250 members of the Spanish and Portuguese legal profession attended the event, which recognised the 50 most inspiring women lawyers in Iberia.

The 50 winners were announced after nominations were made by more than 1,000 lawyers in Spain and Portugal.

InspiraLAw is an initiative that aims to inspire and promote women lawyers in Spain and Portugal.

The winners included in-house counsel from Google, Amazon, IBM and PepsiCo as well as managing partners of local and global firms in Spain and Portugal.

Winners were recognised for their technical expertise, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, work ethic, personality and communication skills, client service and industry knowledge.
