Cuatrecasas advises GrandVision and Masvisión on the acquisition of Óptica 2000

Masvisión Grupo Óptico is the subsidiary of the Dutch company GrandVision

Óptica 2000, a subsidiary of El Corte Inglés, specialises in vision and hearing products and services, with 106 outlets in Spain and two in Portugal (operated via its subsidiary Gallery).

The Cuatrecasas team included partner Víctor Xercavins (pictured) and associates María Igea and Elena Ibisate.
