Oquendo instructs Broseta on Comess Group investment

Broseta Abogados advised venture capital firm Oquendo Capital on its undisclosed investment in Spanish restaurant chain operator Comess Group.

Comess Group was advised by DJV Abogados on the deal, according to Mergermarket.

Oquendo manages funds on behalf of institutional investors such as financial institutions, pension funds and insurance companies, as well as Spanish and international family offices.

Its investment portfolio includes a range of businesses such as laser hair removal companies, engineering companies and road transport operators.
