VdA announces exclusive partnership with Equatorial Guinea firm
Vieira de Almeida & Associados (VdA) has entered into an exclusive partnership with Equatorial Guinea law firm Gabinete y Agencia T&E (T&E).
With offices in the capital city Malabo, T&E is led by partners Sergio Abeso Tomo (a former president of the Equatorial Guinea supreme court and former vice-minister of justice) and Librada Elá Asumu.
A VdA statement said the T&E is “thoroughly familiar with Equatorial Guinea’s market in a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, banking & financial services, domestic and international arbitration and energy”.
VdA’s Equatorial Guinea practice will be spearheaded by the Lisbon-based litigation and arbitration’ partner Rui Andrade and M&A and corporate finance’ senior associate Maria Araújo.
