Garrigues advises Conservas El Cidacos on Seprolesa acquisition

Garrigues advised Conservas El Cidacos, a producer of canned vegetable products, on the acquisition of Leon-based Seleccion de Productos Leoneses (Seprolesa), according to Mergermarket.

Seprolesa is a company that specialises in the sale of pulses such as beans, chickpeas and lentils.

Conservas El Cidacos, which has a number of factories in China, specialises in the manufacture of vegetable products.

The deal is subject to the approval of the Spanish competition authorities.
