ZURBARÁN continues to grow with the integration of [A]CODE Abogados

ZURBARÁN has reached an agreement to merge with [A]CODE Abogados.

A spokesperson said: “With this alliance, ZURBARÁN wants to strengthen one of the most emerging niche markets in the Spanish market, private equity, where [A]CODE Abogados is a pioneer, and where its partner Ricardo Torres García is recognised as the number one lawyer in start ups in Spain.”

The spokesperson added: “With this integration ZURBARÁN also strengthens the Urban Planning practice area, one of the key pillars of [A]CODE Abogados, an area founded by José Miguel Angulo, a professional with a relevant trajectory for 40 years, and currently led by Paloma Angulo, as well as a new Sports Law division. This is a new step forward for ZURBARÁN, which manages to expand its areas of practice, and reaches the most avant-garde and technological sectors, thus furthering the firm’s expansion strategy, which plans to grow strategically in the coming years.”
