Zurbarán advises on the 500k Envita financing round
Zurbarán Abogados has advised Ship2B Ventures, which has led the financing round of Envita, for a total of 500,000 euros.
The team included Ricardo Torres, partner of the commercial and private equity/venture capital department, Ana Barroso and Blanca Compagni Rodríguez-Sacristán, both lawyers from the commercial department.
Envita is a technology platform that helps the lives of elderly people in nursing homes. This round will serve to consolidate Envita’s technology team in order to expand its services and reach new markets.
In addition to Ship2B Ventures, this round has had the participation of other financial institutions such as Xesgalicia and Vigo Activo.
