Zurbarán advises on a 500k financing round

Zurbarán Abogados has advised CryptoTechFin, a spanish startup specialising in cryptocurrency investment technology, in a financing round that has reached 500,000 euros.

Through this operation, led by investors Not Just Investments and R2 Seed Investments and with the participation of Mert Baser, co-founder of TransferChain, it aims to facilitate, through this fintech, assistance to professionals and institutions in the creation of investment products.

Ricardo Torres, partner of the corporate and private equity/venture capital department, has led the Zurbarán Abogados team, composed of Ana Barroso and Teresa Pumar López-Fando, for the proper development of this transaction.
