Youandlaw advises Bankinter on the acquisition of Declarando

Visma has acquired part of its shares in this Spanish startup

 

pjimage 7Law firm Youandlaw has advised Bankinter on the sale through which the Norwegian holding company Visma has acquired part of its shares in the Spanish startup Declarando.

The operation took place after a financing round by this Spanish startup in which it obtained an investment of 2.7 million euros and in which Bankinter became a shareholder. Youandlaw’s lawyer and partner Pablo Casado has advised Bankinter on the sale.
