WFW boosts its Administrative Law team with a counsel

Watson Farley & Williams has reinforced its Madrid office Administrative Law area with the incorporation of Luis González García as counsel

As an expert in Administrative Law, Luis was counsel at Garrigues advising national and foreign clients on regulated sectors, mainly energy, environment, mining and waste.

Within his sectorial specialisation, Luis González (pictured) has extensive experience advising companies and financial entities on strategic operations of buying and selling and financing all types of renewable assets (wind, biomass, photovoltaic and solar thermal, etc.) and environmental infrastructures. He also advises on Public Procurement, Administrative and Contentious-Administrative procedures in the sectors mentioned above. He is recognised by prestigious international directories.

He graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 1998 and obtained a Master’s degree in Legal, Economic and Social Organisation of the Environment (EOI). He also studied Energy Law at Instituto de Empresa and Town Planning at Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
