The WFW Madrid corporate team that advised Sonnedix on the transaction was led by Madrid Office head and partner María Pilar García Guijarro (pictured left), working closely with senior associate Román Pazos (pictured right) and associates Jaime Salazar and Mar Clavijo.
María Pilar said: “It was a pleasure to advise Sonnedix once again. We look forward to continuing to help them achieve their goals as they further expand in Spain and internationally. Our specialist renewables team, clear leaders in the Spanish market, advises clients on the whole lifecycle of their investment, consolidating our relationship with key sector players.”
