Watson Farley & Williams Watson Farley & Williams has advised Sonnedix on the acquisition of a 36.8 MW operational photovoltaic portfolio of 22 regulated projects across Spain, owned by Kobus Partners.

Sonnedix is a global independent solar power producer (IPP) with a proven track record in delivering high performance, cost-competitive solar photovoltaic plants to market. They develop, build, own and operate solar power plants globally with a total capacity of 5+ GW, including a development pipeline of more than 2 GW. Sonnedix continues to expand its global footprint across OECD countries.

The WFW Madrid corporate team that advised Sonnedix on the transaction was led by Madrid Office head and partner María Pilar García Guijarro (pictured left), working closely with senior associate Román Pazos (pictured right) and associates Jaime Salazar and Mar Clavijo.
