WFW advises on sale of 494 MW Spanish PV plant to China Three Gorges Spain
Watson Farley & Williams has advised Northleaf Capital Partners (Northleaf) and Qualitas Energy on the sale of the 494 MW Mula Spanish PV plant to China Three Gorges Spain. Mula is one of the largest operational solar PV plants in Europe and benefits from a highly contracted financial profile courtesy of a long-term power purchase agreement.
