WFW advises Capital Dynamics and FOND-ICO on solar plant deal
Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised Capital Dynamics and FOND-ICO Infraestucturas II on the acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in the unsubsidised 300 megawatt photovoltaic Talasol plant from Ellomay Capital.
Asset management company Capital Dynamics and FOND-ICO Infraestucturas II, a Spain-based fund controlled by Axis Participaciones Empresariales, each acquired a 24.5 per cent stake in the Talasol Plant, which is located in Talaván in Extramadura.
The deal was valued at €16.1 million.
The WFW team was led by Madrid managing partner María Pilar García Guijarro (pictured).
