WFW acts for Grupo T-Solar on photovoltaic plant deals

Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) advised solar power producer Grupo T-Solar on the acquisition of three operating photovoltaic solar plants in Spain from multiple sellers.

The three plants – located in Badajoz, Seville and Toledo – have a combined installed capacity of 5.6 megawatts.

The acquisition means T-Solar has a portfolio of 392 megawatts of installed capacity.

The WFW team was led by Madrid managing partner María Pilar García Guijarro (pictured), and included associates Fernando Santos and Daniel Refoyo.
