Welcome to Iberian Lawyer 40 under Forty Awards 2015

The awards are organised in collaboration with UNICEF, protecting children’s rights since 1946.

 The winners will be announced privately in August 2015 and the full list will be revealed publicly at the Awards ceremony held on September 17th 2015 in Lisbon.

40 under Forty Awards 2013 Highlights

Held every two years, Iberian Lawyer’s 40 under Forty Awards, honor the leading 40 lawyers across Spain and Portugal under the age of 40. The winners include in-house lawyers as well as lawyers working in private practice. This year, the awards ceremony is being held at Pestana Palace in Lisbon – the ceremony will be followed by a Gala Reception within the palace gardens.

Iberian Lawyer is delighted to also announce the third Outstanding Social Contribution Award – supported by Fundacion Aranzadi Lexnova –  which will be awarded to one Spanish and one Portuguese lawyer for their dedication to social causes.

As in previous years, the awards ceremony is preceded by the Iberian Legal Summit (See Iberian Legal Summit 2013). This is an interactive debate enabling general counsel from Iberian and international businesses to discuss their current challenges with managing partners from law firms in Barcelona, Lisbon, and Madrid as well as Europe, the USA and Latin America.
