He specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Taxation, Contracting and Real Estate law, advising foreign investors and family offices as well as Spanish companies abroad.

Íñigo Ramilo (pictured right) developed his career at Garrigues for almost 30 years, 18 of them as a partner. Once he joined De Cambra Abogados, he went on to head its Litigation department, specialising in advising large-volume national and multinational companies, both listed and unlisted, participating in multidisciplinary teams. He also excels in Contract, Industrial Property and Arbitration matters, as well as in the field of White-*Collar Crime, and his outstanding clients, both national and international, include family offices, companies in the automotive, optical, health, medical equipment, toy and leisure sectors, and companies from the property development and real estate sectors, among others.

The origins of Ventura Garcés date back to 1952, when lawyer Ventura Garcés founded his firm in Barcelona with the aim of specialising in international business law. Today, apart from the offices in Barcelona and Madrid, the firm has a large network of collaborating law firms in many countries and forms part of Multilaw, a legal network made up of more than 90 prestigious law firms from all over the world.
