VdA advises Greenvolt on the acquisition of Tilbury Green Power
Viera de Almeida has advised Greenvolt on the agreement for the acquisition of a renewable energy biomass power plant in England
VdA has advised Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A., a company part of the Altri Group from the Renewable Energy sector, on an agreement for the acquisition, together with funds managed by the Equitix Group, of Tilbury Green Power Holdings Limited. They are the owner of a fully operational renewable energy biomass power plant, with net design capacity of 43.6 MW, located in the port of Tilbury, Essex, England.
VdA’s assistance involved coordinating the project, and had the collaboration of Eversheds Sutherland, who also advised Greenvolt. The transaction was signed on June 7th 2021.
