VC Biolaw appoints Ana Martínez Ramón as new partner

VC Biolaw, a boutique specialised in legal services and corporate advice in the Life Sciences sector, has appointed Ana Martínez Ramón (pictured) as its new partner.

With more than 35 years of experience, Martínez Ramón has worked 33 of them at KPMG, where she has been a partner and where she has led areas such as Valuations, Internal Digital Transformation for Deal Advisory, KYC and Enterprise Information Management.

With this incorporation, the firm seeks to boost this practice so necessary in the development of its activity, which already has among its portfolio of services the Corporate/M&A, Commercial/Corporate Law, Governance/Compliance, Contracting, Public Law, Tax and Regulatory practices.
