Fils has launched the economic criminal area with the incorporation of Eulàlia Puig (pictured), who will be in charge of defending companies and individuals in all types of crimes, and contribute to the prevention of criminal situations with criminal compliance programmes.

Puig has a degree in Law, Criminology and Business Administration and Management, and more than 15 years of experience in socio-economic crimes (corruption, fraud, fraud, money laundering and cybercrime), corporate criminal defence and criminal compliance.

In addition, she has participated in the development of crime prevention programmes and the implementation of policies and protocols for action in large national and international companies.

Until now, Puig was a senior associate at Molins Criminal Defence and has participated in the defence of FC Barcelona for the signing of Neymar; the former financial director of the Palau de la Música, Jordi Montull, for the looting of the cultural institution; among other cases.

Fils’ new addition is also a lecturer on the law degree and the master’s degree in access to the legal profession at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and on the master’s degree in tax consultancy at the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
