The event was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Milan and saw the participation of some of the main players in the food chain, including chefs and entrepreneurs who have created value for the territory with their work.
The winners are the result of an analysis of editorial data and results emerging from the research carried out over the last 12 months by the editorial staff of Foodcommunity.it, the evaluation of which took into account public information of an economic, industrial and commercial nature concerning the candidates. in the reference period.
