Uría Menéndez instructed by Baring on Losan sale

Uría Menéndez advised Baring Private Equity Partners España on the sale of children’s clothes company Losan to retail company Sonae.

 

Sonae was advised by King & Wood Mallesons on the deal.

Losan is the second biggest children’s clothes wholesaler in Spain and is currently in the top three in Portugal and Italy. The company has 4,000 sales outlets in more than 40 countries.

Losan reported revenue of €58.5 million in 2014, half of which was generated in Latin America.
